What is Sleep Sanctuary?

Sleep Sanctuary is a collection of immersive 24/7 audio/visual environments designed to help you relax, unwind, and fall asleep faster. From rain and fire to ocean waves and city views, our streams are crafted to create a calm atmosphere any time of day or night.

Is Sleep Sanctuary a substitute for medical advice?

No. Sleep Sanctuary is designed for relaxation and ambient enjoyment, but it is not a medical service or treatment. If you're experiencing persistent sleep difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Do I need to be a member to use the site?

You can browse the homepage and previews without an account, but full unlocked access to all 24/7 streams requires a paid membership.

What devices can I use?

Sleep Sanctuary works on any modern device with a web browser โ€” phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and smart TVs. There is no app to install. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge for the best experience.

How do I create an account?

Click the Login button at the top of the homepage and choose Sign up. Enter your email and a secure password, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to activate your account.

I didn't receive my confirmation email โ€” what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and try logging in โ€” the confirmation email may still be on its way. If after 15 minutes there's still no sign of it, get in touch and we'll resend it manually.

I forgot my password.

Use the password reset option on the login screen. We'll email you a secure link to set a new password. The link expires after a short time for your security.

Can I change my email address?

Yes โ€” please contact us and we'll help update your email address on your account.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, and we'll delete it along with your personal data. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first via the Manage Subscription button in the members area.

How much does it cost?

Membership is ยฃ4.99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely by Stripe โ€” we never see or store your card details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in and go to the members area, then click the Manage Subscription button. This opens the secure Stripe Billing Portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks.

When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period โ€” you won't lose what you've already paid for.

Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you'll continue to have full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

If you believe you have grounds for a refund (for example a billing error), please get in touch and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. UK consumers also have certain statutory rights โ€” see our Terms of Service for details.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe will automatically retry the payment a few times. If it continues to fail, your access to subscriber content will be temporarily paused until the payment is resolved. You'll receive emails from Stripe letting you know.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes โ€” Stripe automatically emails a receipt every time you're charged. You can also download invoices from the Stripe Billing Portal via the Manage Subscription button.

Do you offer free trials?

Not at the moment. We may introduce trials in future โ€” keep an eye on our social channels for updates.

What kind of streams are available?

We offer a growing library of immersive 24/7 environments including rain and fire, ocean and cliff views, city skylines, and more. Each stream pairs calming visuals with looped ambient audio designed to help you relax.

Can I watch on multiple devices?

Yes โ€” you can log in from any device. We do ask that you don't share your account credentials with others, as accounts are intended for a single user or household.

Can I download streams to watch offline?

No โ€” streams are available online only and require an internet connection.

Will new streams be added?

Yes! We regularly add new environments based on what subscribers love. Got a request? Let us know โ€” we genuinely take member suggestions seriously.

The stream isn't playing โ€” what should I do?

Try these steps in order:

1. Refresh the page
2. Make sure your internet connection is stable
3. Try a different browser (Chrome and Safari are recommended)
4. Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions on the site
5. Clear your browser cache

If none of that works, contact us with details of your device, browser, and what you're seeing on screen.

I'm logged in but the streams won't load.

This usually means there's a subscription status issue. First try logging out and logging back in. If that doesn't work, check whether your latest payment was successful (you'll have an email receipt from Stripe). Still stuck? Get in touch and we'll sort it.

The audio is out of sync or stuttering.

This is almost always a connection issue. Try lowering the video quality if your player allows it, or pausing the stream for 10โ€“15 seconds to let it buffer. A wired connection or moving closer to your Wi-Fi router can help on slower networks.

Can I cast to my TV or Chromecast?

Yes โ€” if your browser supports casting (Chrome does on most devices), you can cast Sleep Sanctuary streams to your TV. You can also visit the site directly in a smart TV browser if your TV supports it.

What data do you collect about me?

The minimum we need to run the service: your email address, account login details, subscription status, and basic usage information. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe โ€” we never see or store your card. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Full stop.

How do I request my data or have it deleted?

Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, telling us what you'd like (a copy of your data, deletion, correction, etc.). We'll respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
